Cyara has identified and fixed the issue. Cyara GICD calling services in US POP were restored and became fully operational by ~02.20 PM PDT

Meanwhile Cyara is closely monitoring the component and ready to take an action, in case the issue re-occurs.

We are currently investigating a potential issue which may be affecting some of Cyara users.
What happened?
At about 12.30 PM PDT we have identified the performance issue with our one of the Cyara components. Impacted users may experience an Internal Error while running test cases dialing GICD destinations.

What are the next steps?
Cyara team is working to identify the root cause of the issue with the highest level of priority. We'll be keeping you informed about the status of our investigation and will provide the next update no later than 02:30 PM PDT.
