At approximately 20:00 PDT Cyara has identified a performance issues impacting Cyara Call generations.

What Happened?
On 4th November at approximately 08:00 PM PDT, our monitoring system detected Call failures with Internal Errors on the UK portal. This issue is impacting performance of Cyara Call generations only.
Other Cyara services, Web portal , and internal reporting is not impacted.

What steps are taken ?
Cyara Cloud-Operations team has identified and resolved the issue. The services are now working as expected and calls are being generated successfully.

What are the next steps?
Cyara has identified and resolved the issue. Cyara NOC team is keeping the portal under monitoring.

Cyara Cloud-Operations team has identified the issue. The services are now working as expected and calls are being generated successfully.

What are the next steps?
Cyara has identified and resolved the issue. This issue will be completely resolved with the version upgrade of the Cyara UK portal, which is scheduled in less than next 24 hours.
